LOGIN & ACCOUNT ISSUES
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH E-MAIL IS ASSIGNED TO MY ACCOUNT?
If you’re logged in, go to your account page, you’ll see a field called “Email address” where your current email is safely stored.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
To change your password, log in to MINDYOURWATER using a desktop computer, go to your account page. You’ll see three fields called “Current password”, “New password” and “Confirm new password”. Enter your current password and set your new password using those fields. Once you’ve decided what your new password should be, click Update details.
HOW CAN I CHANGE/ADD AN E-MAIL TO MY ACCOUNT?
To change your e-mail, log in to MINDYOURWATER using a desktop computer, go to your account page. You’ll see a field called Email address. Once you’ve edited it, click Update details.
HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT AND ALL MY DATA?
You can delete your account by going to your account page, and clicking on “Delete my account” at the bottom of the page. Follow the procedure.
Once you confirm that you wish your account to be deleted, your profile will be immediately removed from MINDYOURWATER. All remaining data will be removed within a week.
